A photo of deer trapped north by the flood waters, of Mankato. I took this photo at 3:58 pm, Friday, March 19, 2010. Deer trapped on the east side of Highway 169 – Between Mankato and Seven Mile Park (A locked gate prevents them from crossing the highway).
